Welcome
The
"Forest Day " is a regional interest association, recognized and
supported by the "Euregio", the "Region Wallonne", the province
of Liege , the "Germanophe Community" and different other
administrations including in particular the town of Malmedy.
 The
ASBL (non-profit organization) has in other the following
business purposes :
• The "Forest Day"
organization.
• The organization of the
Belgian and international Logging Championship, a opened contest
where the tittle of "Belgian Champion" is awarded.
• The promotion ans
defense of wood and forest, the protection of nature.
• The development of
friendly relations by twinning or of any other form of rapprochement
between belgian and foreign groups.
• Le forest
companionship
("compagnonnage
forestier").
• The organization
of cultural events or other activities to defend the "Haute Ardenne".
